Would it be ok to feed Royale goldfish flakes?

Ok so I have two betta fish. 1 in the kitchen in a betta bowl, the other in a 5 g tank. Their names are: Nemo ( A red-orangish colored betta in the kitchen) and Royale (the newest member of my betta family and the one in the 5 g tank.) I feed them both the same brand of betta food. I took Nemo's container and halfed it and put the other half into a small bowl for Royale. When I came home from schooled this afternoon I noticed that all of Royale's food was gone. I'm guessing that either the dog or the cat ate it all. I won't be able to get food for Royale until this weekend and I have a container of unopened goldfish flakes. Would it be ok to feed Royale this until this weekend?

99% chance he won't eat them. Bettas are picky eaters. That and gold fish flakes pollute the water.

If he won't eat the goldfish food then would he be ok without eating for 2 or 3 days?

I second that motion; Why can't you just feed him some of the other Betta's food?

Because I already took half of Nemo's food to feed Royale with it. If I half it again there won't be enough food for Nemo.

My little jar of food has been lasting me for over 4 months and there is still not even a dent in it... I don't believe that if you take some of Nemo's food to feed Royale that you will run out.
