Re-culturing?

Need to re-culture my micro/walter/banana worms, not sure of the best way to do it?I've read about various methods but they're kinda confusing?

All you need is a media (ground oatmeal, corn flour, bread, mash potato flakes) a little of conditioned water and yeast.
Make a thick paste out of one of the media and water.
Mix in some yeast and scrape off some worms from your old culture and place in your new one. You don't need much, I just use the tip of a spoon and they are good to go in a week.

So I basically mix the porridge oats and water like I did when I first got them, add a little yeast and bang the worms in there so to speak? :P

I always use ground oats but those aren't easy to find in the US for some reason.

But basically, yes. I don't do any measuring I just placed enough oats to thinly cover the bottom of the bowl, add some water and stir until a thick paste forms. Then I add the yeast and the culture. I do sprinkle some water with my hand over culture before I close it to add a little extra moisture. Keep your culture tightly sealed but poke a hole on the lid.
