Snail in a 2.5?

So... Let's say that I change the water 75% on Monday and 100% on Saturday. Would that work? I wouldnt want to hurt the snail. Maybe when I set up my 30 gal. (found it in the lake) and spoil a petstore male...

That should be fine for the snail. They are lazy little guys.

Apple snails need 2.5 gal to themselves, so you could do one apple and one betta in a 5 gal, but they do poop like absolute monsters. A nerite should be ok in a 2.5.

Edit: My apples are never slow, they might rest during the daylight, but at night they motor! Seriously slow as a snail? Whoever created that saying never met an aquatic snail.

I shall wait then. I plan on doing a 30 gallon divided three ways.
Olympia: I know right? A perfectly fine 30 gallon fishtank (with some minor scratches) floating around in the lake. Cleaned it up and it holds water....
