I've tried to flare him for exercise but it doesn't seem to be helping, today he acted more lethargic and looked a bit paler than normal.

So I think I might just do a water change and try to change more often and see if he perks up. Thank you though:) I really hope it's just constipation and nothing serious. Any other suggestions besides flaring? This morning he wouldn't even flare at his reflection. I usually feed him about once every two or three days hoping that his swelling will go away. But it hasn't.
