Summer camp rant!

I am a counselor at a horseback riding camp and i hate it so much!!1

Only rich kids go and theyre like SO spoiled, as is "I could jump as high as you but mommy says pretend to be bad so the other kids dotn get jealous" on thier first day and refusing to wear helmets cuz it will mess up thier hair, nd the parents ask if thier kids can use the employee fridge and employee microwave even though its in the brochure that they CANT!

Its also HOT and i wear long pants and tall boots and a riding helmet.. ugh!

anyone else hate being a camp counselor?

Oh, wow! I'm sorry you hate it so much. I wouldn't last a day with those kids. I'd be tearing my hair out.

Ugh! I couldn't deal with those spoiled brats either.

On the other hand, you do get to be around horses all day so that has to be pretty good - right?

ya! i even know a few people that just work at a day care center and they just cant even stand that let alone a bunch of snotty rich kids..

XD thanks and the riding time is the only reason i do it :P ur exhausred at the end of the day tho, anyone else ever worked at a summer camp?
