Is there a "real name" for this color in bettas?

Alright, I'll bite. I'm obsessed with betta's now, my friends seem to be worried about me lol

Since PetCo is doing their $1/1gal sale again I've decided to go pick up a 20L and divide it so I can get 3 more bettas. I'm pretty decided on 2 of the ones I want but I can't seem to find an exact "name" of this color.

I am in love with this color, it's unbelievable but unfortunately it has so many different names such as; Turquoise, Green Dragon, Red Dragon, Butterfly, Green Salamander, etc.

The picture is from an auction on Aquabid and I'd honestly buy it right now but I don't like the some of the negative reviews for the seller or the other breeder who has similar colors (no communication, wrong betta). Obviously I'm on a crazy lookout on Aquabid but I was wondering if I could get a name to help better my search?

The picture it kind of looks like one of @Chard56 's bettas, who is a member on here.
As for the color name it really is that difficult sometimes, some breeders like to come up with their own name for patterns and also there are a lot more color types coming on the scene recently that has made things a bit more confusing. :/

Bettas - Giovanni (HM), Burly (HMPK Giant).

It is one of his betta's. It does seem a little difficult but I've had luck with the ones I've been searching. I mean, Reggie is a "Galaxy Fancy Dragon" so there's that.

I've seen a couple of those guys in one of my local fish stores. My brother-in-law calls them "Turquoise Red-wash"

hmmm I can't think of an actual name for them. I guess you could call it a blue dragon with red fins, but even that term probably wouldn't be truly correct. To my knowledge, dragons are technically silver or white bodied fish, but some consider them any color of fish with thick, shiny scales. I think it's probably a blue/red bi-color. A lot of the fish colored like that on aquabid are labelled as Blue Red HMPK or some crazy made up name like "Tahitian Gator Mouth!!" lol

Blue/red bicolour. Cant tell what type of blue it is since the photo is overexposed so we cant get a true representation of colour, but if I were to guess I say turquoise or metallic turquoise. Definitely not dragon, it has no thickening of the scales.
Nice looking fish though

Nowadays ppl would call them red . . . . (Body color). . . - red green, red turquoise, etc. meaning it has red fins and whatever body color. Unless the breeder gives it a fancy commercial name, of course. It's basically an irid x red combo.

Yrs ago ppl would call them multi/bi colors. But since the dragons appeared, ppl have been using "red (body color)" to indicate it has red fins.

Hope that simplifies your search.
