I'm fairly sure a buyer on eBay is trying to scam me out of a grindal worms culture. I was contacted immediately after he received it, saying he couldn't find worms - every buyer I've had has said the same thing usually within 3 days the culture settles down and the worms come up to eat as normal. Well he was demanding I ship a new one completely free of charge. I explained that I can't pay shipping out of pocket I don't make enough money to do so, as stated in my descriptions buyer pays shipping even if a reship is required. I offered a compromise of a starter for 5$ shipping in a priority envelope on the condition he sends me new photos of the failed culture and I haven't had a response in 3 days. I've kept up contact and offered a solution - can this guy open a case against me and cause more problems?
