Jar diced pimentos, drained
A bag of finely shredded sharp cheddar
Real bacon pieces
About 2/3 cup dukes mayo
A small dollop of sour cream
A dash or two of cayanne
Some decent sized shakes of oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, basil to taste.
Eat on crackers, sandwiches, or straight out the Tupperware if it's one of those days. While you're eating it on crackers, go ahead and pick up a jar of jalepeno jelly and some cream cheese to spread on the others, because the pimento cheese will be long gone before the crackers are.
