Question Juvenile betta finrot?

I bought my fishy when she was 6 weeks old at Petco on November 4th.

I haven't had any issues with her aside from a diatom outbreak a few months after bringing her home.

Since then everything has been fine.

Roughly two weeks ago I noticed two tiny holes at the bottom lining of her anal fin. I thought it may have been finrot, but remained hopeful and waited to see if it would heal on its own. It didn't... a week later, multiple tiny holes started lining her anal fin.

I asked Reddit if this was finrot or something else?
I received two responses:
1. No, she's still a baby her fins are growing in.
2. It is an early stage of fin rot.

Number 2 suggested i purchase kanaplex, which I did. It arrives on Monday.

I would really appreciate a few more opinions? She's the first pet i've ever had. I wasn't sure if there's a fish vet I could take her to. :(
