Worked all day. Kindergarten aged camp. Highlight of the day was when one of my kids (he's 4) came to me and said he told an older boy to pick up the garbage he had just thrown on the ground but the boy had refused/ignored him. I hightailed it right over there and made the boy pick up every piece of garbage we could find on the playground. I was really proud of my kid for standing up for what was right. It all begins in kindergarten as I always say.
Everyone's dogs in this post are gorgeous. I am a 'cat person' but I also have two dogs, two Chihuahuas (aged 9). I certainly agree with watching some Victoria Stillwell, she was great when training my dogs. My dogs don't go potty outside though (we live in Canada which isn't really habitable for them to go outside 8 months of the year due to snow and the such) but we pad trained them no problem using positive reinforcement. Definitely play with Takoda's mouth/paws, we really regret not doing that with our dogs as now my dogs have had to have so many extractions due to their teeth rotting (my boy dog, Gilbert, would take your hand off if you tried to stick it in his mouth to brush his teeth) and now actually has to have surgery tomorrow to remove MORE rotting teeth that have actually, this time, caused a swollen abscess to form on his face :(
Marine biology/vet school, all these cool courses you guys are taking I feel almost lame going to law school in the end of September-to be fair though, philosophy, my undergrad, was lot's of fun.
