WTB-Tank, filter, heater, substrate, rocks, etc.

I'm looking for the following things to set up a 10 gallon tank:

EQUIPMENT:
~Aquaclear 20 filter
~Hydor Theo Heater 25 watt
~Light for 10 gallon that works for med light plants
~10 gallon aquarium (local p/u)
~10 gallon marineland glass canopy
~Digital thermometer
~Suction cup thermometer
~Black background
~Net

CHEMICALS:
~API Freshwater test kit
~Seachem Prime
~Flourish fundamentals plant pack (Excel, Iron, and Flourish)

DECOR/SUBSTRATE:
~Flourite-original color
~Reddish/natural colored river stones of various sizes (one inch to baseball sized)
~Reddish/natural large grained aquarium rubble/pebble substrate
~Indian almond leaves
~Sand (small portion of it, like a cup or two) large grain sand
~Malaysian driftwood (small branchy pieces ideally)

I would prefer local pick up, I'm in Los Angeles, but would happily purchase items to be shipped to me as well.

For the substrate/rocks, I'm basically looking for small quantities of various sizes of natural looking rocks, from large gravel to baseball sized.

I thought I would check here to see if anyone is cleaning out stuff before purchasing elsewhere. Thank you!
