How big of a tank does he have? He's very handsome!

5 gallon
One betta
10 gallon
Two bettas, divided
Three mystery snails
20 gallon
Seven female bettas
Four oto cats
Five juvenile female guppies
One goldfish (temporary)
29 gallon
One dwarf gourami
Six tiger barbs

27 fish....

he is in a 15G tank with heater and proper filteration, fully cycled tank with bogwood and fake plants, however i have seperated him in a 10 inch breed box because other fish are tiger barbs in that tank, and they can be nippy :), soon i am getting a 90G tank where i will move my chichlid from other 30 G, then i will move barbs to 30 G and this 15G will be fully available for this betta :)

That's great! I thought you were one of the people who always keep each fish in a tiny breeder's box! What I heard about tiger barbs is that they can live with bettas because they both nip and eventually form a hierarchy like female betts do.

I think barbs are too active to live with bettas from what I've heard.

He is very pretty & active. He's a veil tail if you haven't found that out yet. Does he have a name?
