Attaching Plants?

I am trying to no go to walmart to get stuff to attach my plants to drift wood so I was wondering what everyone here uses to attach their plants. And really hoping that something here at home will work.

Never explain - your friends do not need it and your enemies will not believe you anyway.
Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before.

I have used the netting that my rocks and fruit come in. Just wrap around roots. Works especially well with moss and rocks and wood.

Most popular is 100% cotton thread, which is non-toxic and will dissolve on it's own in a couple months. Use a color that blends well with the plants or rocks, usually black, brown or green.

Some people prefer fishing line, which never dissolves. Leave it permanently or snip it off when you want it gone.
