Frozen hornort? Chance of surviving?

So apparently my mom didn't check shipping or the mailbox and they delivered Hornwort on saturday and its frozen.... How do I go about this or is there no chance in saving it? I feel awful...

Some of its still green ill stick in my 5 gallon since the water needs to clear up anyways before i put fish in it see if it dies or what if it does just extra clean up. You wouldnt happen to know anything about API pond plant media do you?
