I want some plants that root in water for a back corner of my tank. I especially like ferns. I found a pic on insta but I have no idea what it is. I'm not looking for something to clean my tank or anything like that. It's purely aesthetic. If you can identify this or suggest something I'd be eternally grateful. Thank you in advance.

It's defiantly a fern, don't know exactly what kind. However I don't think it is a true aquatic. More like terrarium. Needing at some point to be above water. I have used some plants in my 10 gallon nano that are regular house plants used in terrarium's The only bad thing with some of those is they have to be taken out of water for a period of time or they rot. Plus the fact I would never be able to put a canopy over them since they grow 70% out of the water.

I completely forgot to add that I plan on planting them in an hob filter so the plant itself will be above the tank but its roots will be in gravel in the filter. I have learned of a few plants like buce and java that will work but I've seen some ferns and I just dont know which of those might work. I have learned of the Bolbitis Heudeloti that looks pretty cool.
