Elephant Ear Crowntails - step one

The pair spawned yesterday. There are easily a couple hundred eggs in the nest.

Dad is an elephant ear halfmoon
Mom is a crowntail

I'm really curious to see what comes out of this!

One hand reaches out and pulls a lost soul from harm. While a thousand more go unspoken for, they say what good have you done? By saving just this one... It's like whispering a prayer in the fury of a storm. And I hear them saying... You'll never change things...

They are going to be very strange, very awesome, or both. Can't wait to see this, haha!

Exciting! I was about to start a similar spawn, but I didn't have a EE CT at the time. I only wanted CTs with the EE trait but I was to stubborn to realize it will take a couple generations. I see that now so I'm considering on looking to start a pure line of white CT EEs. But then again AB has some very interesting fish in mind for me! Anyways. The pair is lovely, I can't wait to see the fry!

You can call me Blu for short!

Oh my gosh, you should get some awesome babies! It had occurred to me that I'd never seen an EE CT so I wondered if it was even a thing. Do you think you'll sell any of this pair's offspring on here?

My Bettas: ~Icarus~, ~Dragon~, ~Tadpole~, ~Gleam~
SIP <3: ~Gem~, ~Glimmer~, ~Posy~, ~Little Red~

Owned by four cats, four bettas, and peppered corys

Dad moved the whole nest even more out of my site!! There are soooo many eggs!! Here's hoping they're fertile, this is the first time breeding for both of these fish! Yes I will definitely sell/adopt out babies on here!
