Haha I keep thinking about going there and looking. I'll probably end up going to the petstore first just because it's closer and I can get a discount. I got my current betta there and I know they treat their fish well. I'm definitely going back to that one though (forgot how to spell it) to look closer. Maybe I'll do that today. I can't buy anything either way, I need to order another heater and buy another of everything that Norman has. It'll be expensive but it will be worth it ;D
Not trying to enable, I swear, but I posted a thread in the Pictures forums with pictures from Preuss in it... and they have quite a few adorable EE's in stock right now. Mostly grey/blue, but all quite lovely looking. If you do stop by, be aware they seem to be doing a lot of training new employees in the freshwater department right now, so it might be more hectic/longer wait than normal.
Happy fishkeeping! ;D
Congratulations on your graduation! I'm a student there myself. (: I've actually been there once before. That place is amazing, it's like being in an aquarium at the zoo, only you can buy everything, haha. I forgot about them since it's a little farther, but I'm looking into getting another betta sometime and I will definitely check out there EE's there. Thank you for the reminder!
I was catching up on the Pictures forum and noticed your post earlier this month about EEs in the Lansing area. I just graduated from MSU, so I'm familiar with a few of the pet stores in the area. If you get a chance, Preuss Pets in Old Town Lansing has had wonderful, store bred EEs before. My avatar, Tycho, was from them. A bit pricey because of them being store bred, but the staff there are wonderful and helpful, and they have a great selection of all sorts of things. :)
