setting up tanks

I am thinking of using Carib Sea Ready Water in my tanks. Has anyone else used this and if so is it worth it? The reason why I am doing this is because I have had so much trouble setting up my tanks even though I've done everything I can think of for them. I have lost so many fish that I've...
