Well just got my plants (fake), hiding cave, heater and thermometer in today for one of my 2 5 gallon tanks. I just finished setting it up did a 100 % water change and conditioned the water. Cosmo the larger of my 2 baby bettas will be going from a divided 1.5 gallon to this beautiful 5 gallon. I am posting some pics of the tank here hope they clear enough as stated on my other pics my camera takes fuzzy pics since its a old beat up phone lol. Any comments welcome. Yea right now it is filled to about 2 inches from top. Also i just did a water test on it using API Master Freshwater Test Kit the readings are as follows:
PH: 7.0
High Level PH: 7.4
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
so alls good i believe. Tamnk only been running for about week and a half now. I started the filtration and conditioning cycles before i got the decor, flora, heater and thermometer. I never put the fish in until after i got all that as well and got the tank to a comfortable 80.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks for the compliments on the tank set up as well im trying my best to the babies happy.
