I'm leaving for a weekend vacation tomorrow. Shiloh is in an unfiltered 1-gallon tank, until I can upgrade.

I can either bring him with me, which is a 3-hour drive, and do his daily water changes with unfamiliar water (I don't know parameters),

Or I can leave him at home for 3 days with no water changes. My uncle is coming by to feed all the fish (including Shiloh) on Saturday, but that's it. And I highly doubt I could get him to do a water change.

Which option do you think is better?

Thanks guys. I was worried about him getting too stressed.

I agree with Laki and Matt.

I suggest you fast him for two days before you leave. That will keep waste and ammonia down. Double-dose water conditioner just before you leave (What brand water conditioner are you using?) And don't feed him anything until you get back.

I like your water change schedule for your 1g tank. I wish everyone would.

I use Prime. :) I'll be sure to not feed him before I leave. Sorry Shiloh!
