Caravaggio’s new favorite thing to do is to swim little circles around the marimo ball in his tank! I’m glad that he appreciates it! 8) He’s never really paid attention to it before. I love this fish so much! He always swims away when the camera gets too close, though! The little bugger.
He's getting so big! When I brought him home, he was only 1.5 inches long. He's got to be 2 inches now, and he's so much HAPPIER since he settled into his 3 gallon tank.
He's even made an animal-lover out of my animal-disliking roommate! I catch her just looking at his tank and talking to him sometimes. Once she fed him an algae wafer (he ate all of it and bloated!) because she wanted to give him something. She didn't know they weren't for him! I wasn't angry, though. It didn't hurt him, and now I've told her what she can do if she wants to give him a snack. I just need her to tell me so I know to feed him a little less later in the day.
