The brand is the pets at home own brand gravel vaccum medium sized for £6.99. Hopefully anyone who is informed enough to know you need a gravel vaccum is informed enough to know water changes and gravel cleaning should be done weekly but for goodness sake, every four weeks!?
Another thing that ticked me off about pets at home the other day was they've moved the fighters from their own half gallon tanks to community tanks with rasps and tetras, not that bad. However, one male was put with 5 females. One had sadly passed and one had awful stress stripes. I almost baught her to take her away from the stress but then I'd be giving pets at home more of a reason to do this. I will be writing a complaint to them as even my other half who isn't clued up on betta care knows that a male in a female tank is not going to work out!
