Decided to do a quick photo shoot of everyone. Coral is the only betta not present in this update, he started tailbiting slightly and he's not at this house.
First up is my very handsome halfmoon, Jacob. I call him Jake for short. Just got Jake on thursday, he's adoring his new home. It's a 2.5 gallon minibow with a filter and heater. The light hood busted though. :/ But he's gorgeous! Settled in really well. He loves to eat and swim.
Next up is my new TINY rescue, a female VT that is barely an inch long. You can see her size in the pic of her tank. That tank is half a gallon.
It's all I have for her atm. But she is doing much better now. When I got her last night, she was so pale she was GRAY. The only way I could tell she would be blue if she colored up was her freckles. But amazingly she made it through the night and ate 2 bloodworms today.
Last is my other female VT Luna. You might recogize her.
I've had that munchkin for a year and 3 months now. She's in a 1 gallon tank with an aerator and a light. Just cleaned her tank so she was in a very good mood. Hard to get any pictures. But she has the LONGEST tail I've ever seen on a female. She looks like a young male but I can assure you, she's not.
She is such a sweetie pie, she jumps for food, swims through hoops and eats with alot of enthusiasm.
