Hello!
I just now noticed that there is a problem with my aquariums temp.
Aquarium is 6gal. Heater is Tetra Tec HT25 (meant for 2,6gal - 6,6gal).
Heater is working, it is warm(currently set to 28°C or 82°F), aquarium is barely at 23°C or 73°F. It has been at that temp for last few days atleast.

Should I get "bigger" heater? Would heater meant for 10gal will be fine? Won't it boil" my betta? Its the first time that i have run into this problem, so I don't know what to do.

I don't know the room temp precisely. But I sit in blanket half of the day. Might be around 65°F? Apartment is kinda cold since last night we got -22°F

Water feels warm-ish to the touch, not like cold or freezing. But I have termometer in water.

Im kinda scared that my betta might get sick or too slugish ^^'

I'd get a heater an adjustable heater for at least a 10 gallon. It won't boil your Betta; only heaters that malfunction can overheat the water to that point.

Raise the temperature slowly; one degree every couple of hours. 73 isn't low enough to make him sick if it isn't long-term.
