Are these safe?

I have these cute little decoration things my grandma gave me and I think they would look adorable in the tank especially with the new cave i just got Benz. Im not totally sure what they are made out of seems like plastic. Idk if they would be safe to put in the tank

I saw some things on the internet that you can make them safe by adding coating of epoxy? Anyone have any recommendations of a safe coat?
