I have only had him about 4 days as he was an unexpected gift I did what I could to set up a temporary tank until I can get a stand to house a bigger one. He is currently in a 2g with a gentle filter and heater about (78F). I've tested the water and the only thing that seems high is the PH. I have added the PH balance tablets about an hour ago but im very concerned about him. He also got some live plants today and that brought him out from hiding in the corner, now he is just sitting at the top on one of the leaves. he is not breathing heavy and he's moving his fins he's just very lethargic. He is not swollen and he looks healthy so I am not sure where to go from here.
