A few days ago, I looked inside of my tank and found a bunch of baby crayfish. This morning I thought that I should separate the parents from the them... Can anybody tell me how to care for the babies?

How large is your tank? If you have smaller tank separate them. Crawfish are very territorial in some cases and may kill each other, which is probably the last thing you want!

Separate parents, they will eventually snack on offspring. Some species are more vicious than others.

They are territorial and cànibals. You want a wide tank, not deep, with lots of hiding places a fair distance from each other. They have to be able to molt away from others. Otherwise they will be eaten.

Water doesn't have to be deep. Good water circulation is more important. They will eat just about anything; pellets, vegetables, meat. . . Make sure you siphon out left over food (especially decaying veggies) and water change accordingly - depending on what you feed, number of crayfish, and water volume/area.
