Hey everyone,

My beta fish has had a lump on his stomach for as long as I've had him (about 5 months), and I was worried about it at first but then it seemed to just be part of his shape. Now it seems that the lump is secreting a white substance, which is being released into the water. Does anyone have any suggestions on short-term and long-term actions I can take to help my fish and stop whatever is happening to him?
