Betta fin sickness....help!

I have a sorority with 5 female bettas in a 15 gallon tank. I put the fish in last week and they all get along no problem but I've noticed that 2 of them recently have fin damage. I put in API Betta Fix for the time being. Should I put the fish with fin damage in a separate tank until they heal or will that restart the pecking order when I eventually put them back? Is this fin rotting or just a peck from another fish, here's a picture of what it looks like....PLEASE HELP!! I love my bettas

No, they are fine and you don't need any medications. The nips and rips are very normal in sororities. Do you have a heavily planted tank with lots of hide-y holes for them to hide in when they need to get away from each other?

Oh thank goodness, and yes I'm getting one more plant today, it has 2 medium size silk plants and 1 huge background plant on the side and some grass in the front with a big house in the middle of the tank, I'm currently growing betta bulbs, one out of the three sprouted.
