My Betta Fish,Neptune,has been changing colors however, it has not been affecting him negatively.His scales are changing from a darker blue to a vibrant sky blue.This is taking up much of his body and is slightly spreading to his fins. I was wondering if this is a sign of a unhealthy Betta or something else.Photos are below and water conditions are normal along with the temp.Thank You whoever can help!

It's called marbling. It's totally normal.

I dont have any pics before however if you look close enough to the fins in the one photo you will see a large area of the color he used to be. Thank You! I thought at first it was marbling but the color was so light it concerned me
