So Kellam swam up into the filter assembly (not the actual filter) in a Fluval Chi tank. He was in the pipe that feeds the filter the power cables. I got him out of the tube and he plopped back into the tank very confused. No visible injuries that I can see. But his gills aren't visibly moving. He's just sitting at the surface, really still, taking in air directly...

I'm setting up a small heated tank with salt, catappa leaf, aeration, stress-zyme, etc. Is there anything I can do? Will he recover?

just give him time, thats all you can do really. Your plan sounds great, you might want to keep the light to a minimum so hes not way stressed

+1 KJG. I think your poor boy is just stressed from his little ordeal. Give him a couple days, and keep his tank dark. He should hopefully perk up in a day or two.
