Hi, I recently put in some new water which i dechlorinated with Stress Coat Plus, and my betta was happy with it. However, around a hour later, i found my betta lying on his side and the bottom. His belly was a light color, different from what i normally see, almost a pinkinsh color(He's a vibrant red). I shook the tank, and he didn't move. I quickly rushed him into some different water, and he seemed better. I check on him and constantly find him either laying on his side or upside down, but still alive and breathing. I don't know if there's anything I should do to help, or if he's just fine, but any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

The new water you added was the same temperature as the tanK?

Yeah, I just poured some into his old water. He had a heater in there.

Thanks to everyone who helped me, I guess. He seems to be doing fine now. I don't know what the problem was. I think he might just be old. He seems to be moving slower. No more help is needed at the time. Thanks!
