Hey guys,

The first round of black orchids is up for sale. All the ones in the vids are males, and you can see their numbers written on the glass (sorry if it's hard to see

). The females aren't up for sale just yet because I can't be sure that they won't turn out to be males :-?

Bettas are $3 each, priority shipping is $15 and express shipping is $42 for up to 4 bettas. I accept paypal. Refunds will be given in case of DOA not including the shipping cost. I will ship as soon as I finish gathering all the supplies which will be in a week or so, but I wanted to let you guys reserve some first. Please post below which number(s) you would like to reserve (preferred), or PM me.

DISCLAIMER: These guys have ventral issues so please look carefully. Also please note the size (I forgot to use the ruler for #1-4 but they are the same size as #5-8). I am in the pro

This is a pic of #3, just to show off a bit the color that the video isn't able to capture too well :-D Sorry about the tail nip, he escaped his cell the other day and decided to try to claim back his territory -.-

I can't wait to see the girls either. do you have any pictures of them yet? Even if they turn out to be boys, I still want to see them.

I think I found a way to spot them (when I let them float in a cup for a day or so, they start showing vertical breeding bars), so I'll be posting them here soon

But I'll see if I can take a pic of one and put it in the spawn log meanwhile =)

Aww I completely understand the feeling! XDD

I hope so =) It's kind of a win-win though because secretly I wish I could keep all of them so if some don't sell I'm like "yessss!", but then again I'm happy when they sell too because I know I can't possibly keep them all lol

Will do! He's one of the few big ones with normal ventrals, so I just wanna see if his rays will split again as he grows :-D

are you planning on spawning in the future? i just picked up Squishy a few weeks ago, so i cant really accommodate another betta just yet.

I probably shouldn't, but I don't see how I could resist hehe XD
If I do, it will probably be in December again and they shall be ready next summer or so! I'd really like to continue this line, so probably yes :roll:

perhaps I will convince myself to get another 2.5g tank at work :shock:

I would love to get a male and a female from you. I have no intentions of breeding - but I'd love a female for my sorority and a male on his own. ^_^ I will wait until you post the females and hopefully more males.
