Ok so I recently found out that my "girl" pineapple is actually a BOY!!!
So I was wondering if I wanted to breed him to maintain the pineapple colouring who should I breed him to?

I have:
Lily-Pure white OHM
Jade-Mainly green with red edges on her fins (HM)
Indigo-Mainly Royal blue with more red than Jade

I added pics to give you an Idea of what I would be working with.
In order:
Pineapple:male
Jade:Female
Indigo:Female
Lily:Female

Oh and I had no idea at the point I took these pics that "she" was actually a he, so anyone who wishes to pick at that please don't bother posting!!!

Your best bet is the white because they have NR genes. If you breed to dark colors/ irid colors, you may lose the yellow. Or find a red combodian with no irid colors at all - from an extended red line. You may not get yellows in the first generation, but should in the following generation.

This is completely off topic, how long do I need to aerate BBS for?And what do I feed them to make them grow up?

The only time you don't aerate the bbs is when you let them settle for harvest (about 5 min). You don't feed them and you don't want them to grow. a culture lasts about 3-4 days... Your new culture takes about a day and a half to start.

Keep two cultures and as you end one, move the other to the front and start anew....
