is it a nice clean rip? just some good clean water should be fine. He should heal up quick

edit: and oh my goodness! I just thought that your betta population just went up 4 fold! and then.... I realized it was your other pets. lolol
haha If I was able to afford having so many Bettas, I would have them all hehe

And yea, it's a nice rip, nothing else is affected. I gave him a tank cleaning now to help. Do I need salt for it?

If you usually use stress coat that will do :) I usually don't grab salt unless they are suffering from disease. A ripped fin is quite normal. it should heal up in 4 or five days. if you really want, some salt will probably help keep infection at bay :D
okay :)
thanks!
I don't know if this will help, but I removed everything from his tank to prevent it from getting worse, and now he looks really sad :(

Awwwww you dont have to do that :( As long as there was nothig sharp he probably just ripped it when he was flaring
I wasn't sure if it was the flaring or not since it was perfectly okay this morning. :(

His eel toy broke and there's a portion of it that I've been hesitant about and I'm afraid that is what it is...
But I'm putting the turtle and buddha in there tomorrow..unless I get another tank.
ooh which tank are you looking at? I'm going to get the glass 2.5 gallons on friday!
I don't know yet, hopefully something about a 5 gallon or smaller. :)
