Changes at my local wal-mart

I've made it a habit to check the bettas every time I'm in my local wal-mart, specially after all the "2 bettas in the same cup" incidences. Since rescuing Coco and talking to the new manager of the pet department about their terrible conditions I've been in only a few times, but every time I was in there the bettas had CLEAN cups!!! They were in clear water instead of that blue stuff they come in and there was NO poop built up on the bottom!!! I'm kinda shocked but also really happy that the new manager listened to me when I said they need more frequent water changes. C: (Or any water changes at all) I kinda wanna give him a hug but that would be weird. XD
