Hi guys!
I'm new to this site and new to owning a betta fish. I just recently bought a VT betta fish about three days ago and I have a few questions regarding clamped fins.

My betta seems to be bored quite often and he usually swims with fins that aren't always open, however when he flares he flares fine. So my question is, if a betta has clamped fins, is it able to flare? Sorry if this a stupid question! But I just can't get it out of my head haha.

Can you post a pic of your Betta? Then we could say if he was clamped or not. Also, what are his tank conditions; water temp, size, filter, tank mates, water change schedule, how much water is changed, decorations, plants real or silk, etc.?
