Okay.. I was curious if this would be a suitable betta tank? lol. I will add plants tomorrow, but as far as the substrate, what yall think? its a 29 gallon tank. Going to make it into a Community tank eventually for my living room, But as far as a betta home, can this work?

It looks good, do you have a filter to put in there? The only thing to watch for is any sharp edges on the rocks, or the ornaments in there, other than that, I'm sure any betta would LOVE it!!!

The tank is fine. But a note, you will need a very good gravel vacuum, as a lot of debris will get stuck between those stones!

well, so far ive had my pet perch in it. But hes done healing and Im gonna put him back in my pond. going through filters like crazy. I clean the entire tank once a week right now. till I cycle it and put my filter in. I have a top filter for it, but im afraid the current will be too strong for a betta. Im sure I could rig up something to slow it down, but since they dont absolutely need it, my weekly changes should be good. and I do a 30% change 3 days after a full change. The stones are mostly rounded and smooth. im more worried about the ornaments.
