How has your betta fish's appearance changed? he has white spots on his head and body not like Ich but patchy and his head seems to be swollen
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? his behavior is normal, eating normal

Does your fish have any history of being ill? hes had fin rot twice and has had a prominent white spot on his head before that went away
