Hey everybody!

I currently have my Betta Percy in a 3.5 filtered and heated tank with a Julii Cory Catfish. He is thriving and is such a gorgeous fish.

Anywhoooo.... I really want to get a baby Betta soon, so my plan was to move Percy into my ten gallon. Because I would have to do constant water changes for the baby, I was hoping to place it in my 3.5 until it was older.

Once it gets older, is there a good, nice-looking DIY separator for my ten gallon long? I wanted to give my two future Betta fish a good five gallons each.

If anyone has a good DIY or inexpensive place to buy a separator, I would greatly appreciate advice.

Also, is there a good separator that they will not see through? I really don't want them to become stressed. Will this be a problem?? Let me know... :)

I did it with suction cups I bought from Amazon and craft mesh. I felt like they worked better than the binder things but you have to notch out the mesh with them so the divider will be flush with the glass.
