My Betta fish, Gustav, has been pooping in small amounts. They aren't solid brown so I am assuming he has constipation. I've been doing the Epsom salt method for a few days now in attempts to reduce his bloat. I was wondering, will peas help with constipation? I would like to hear your personal experience. If it does work, what is the proper way to feed it to him? Thank you!

Hello Rainbo.

I took your advice and put him back to his 2.5 gallon bowl. This is the second day doing the full Epsom salt treatment (approx. 1 teaspoon) and have been making 100% water changes. Yes, I have been fasting him.

Hello, well today I am seeing signs of droppings but I am not exactly sure what they are supposed to look like.
