Do you need a filter to use tetracycline?

Can you use tetracycline on a half gallon fish tank that doesn't have a filter. Or does the water need to be aerated ?

You can use it without a filter. The medication can actually be absorbed in a carbon filter so it is recommended to take it out when medicating. Just mix your meds in the amount of water recommended and then you can pour water into your quaratine tank whatever the size.
