At first i thought it was my dogs hair wrapped around his fins because he sheds A LOT (lol) but i looked up betta fish sicknesses and it reallly sounds alot like some kind of fungal infection. If you can see from the picture it looks white and somewhat fuzy...what is this? I was wanting help so i could go out and buy some fungus guard by Tetra at Petsmart (or anything you would suggest) but im not so sure what this is! help!

I can't see anything wrong in the picture.
If you're worried about fungus, start off with just clean water to make sure it isn't just his slime coat. Do a 50% change now and check on it tomorrow to see if it's developed any.
