Dragonscale Betta with Crowntail Fins?

Okay. I was observing Lebron, as usual. I have noticed that near his fins, there are also a few blue scales. I can't download a picture because you can only see it up close. The camera won't make the shot. Is it possible that he is half Dragonscale? He is also a Butterfly Crowntail, so I don't know.It is only some of his scales. Okay, here's the truth:
What is a Dragonscale? I have heard of them. Some say they have like, multi-colored scales? I don't know. Please tell me. I want to know his genetics a little bit more. Thanks!

Really from what I've read there's really no rock solid definition of what a Dragon really is, people have different opinions.
