Dragonscale Betta with Crowntail Fins?

Okay. I was observing Lebron, as usual. I have noticed that near his fins, there are also a few blue scales. I can't download a picture because you can only see it up close. The camera won't make the shot. Is it possible that he is half Dragonscale? He is also a Butterfly Crowntail, so I don't know.It is only some of his scales. Okay, here's the truth:
