I guess I was kind of on auto pilot when I was feeding Two Tails just now. I took a small chunk of frozen bloodworms and dropped them in the tank before checking to see exactly how much I was giving him.

When I saw that there were too many, I didn't ever have time to reach for the net before ALL of them were sucked up by my fish. I've never seen a fish eat so fast... :roll:

Anyway, now his belly is swollen, but not horribly so. He's swimming about, so he seems fine, and I'm fasting him tomorrow anyway.

Will he be okay? Is there anything I should look for to make sure he doesn't get sick?

He should be fine. Just keep an eye out but I would not just place the frozen bloodworms in his water since they are frozen and his body temperature will lower suddenly.
I take my bloodworms cube and place in water, swish around in a cup until enough worms separate from the cube, remove the cube that's still holding together and feed.
You also don't want all that extra blood in your tank as it will raise your ammonia.

That's good advice. I'll try that next time I feed him.

I'll watch him and make sure he doesn't get constipated. The swelling should go down by tomorrow morning, right?

What a little piggy! lol I would just keep an eye on him and either fast him for a day or two or cut back on his food for a few days.
