So my new girl is fat with eggs. BUT, as some of you may know, I already have a spawn and there's just no way I'm going to have another spawn. Will she be ok? I'm not going to breed her. What will happen to her?

She will be just fine, eventually she will just absorb them, or release them and eat them. There are females who are forever eggy and never get breed. She will be perfectly fine.
