Ok so this is my little PetCo Fry rescue. She's been ID'd as a female but now that she's big(ish) I'm wondering what color/tail type she might be and if anyone has a guestimate on how old she is that'd be really cool. I've had her about a month and 1 week. When I first got her she was no bigger than the thickness of her heater cord! Now she's a good inch or so long in the body. Also I have NO idea what to name her! 8D Name suggestions are welcome~ I plan on putting her in my 10 gallon platy tank when she's big enough (aka when I can FIND her easily lol)

She's so sweet! She looks like she has a lot of character. My sister's baby took about 6 months to be able to get an idea of what tail type he is. I have no idea what she might be, but I still have name suggestions. Most are queens or princesses.

Looks like a DeT to me, not droopy enough to be a VT and her anal fin isn't slanted like a VT's would be. Also it looks like she's got four ray's so far rather than the sole 2 that VT's have to have.

lol, well I'm not 100% certain about the rays since the picture is blurry on her tail end but that's what I'm pretty sure I see at least.

I'll try to get a better picture x3 I was using my camera phone and it likes to focus on the not-moving things in her tank

And they DO branch...which was why when she was a little younger and her rays were longer than her webbing i thought maybe she'd end up a CT!
