You can use a Floating Betta Log to target feed. They have an open spot in the top. When he starts using the log you can feed him when he's in it.

Or, you could feed him directly above the leaf so the food can't sink.

I think he is doing better, better appetite/ moves around more, I can't tell if he looks worse now or not? I was doing 2 gallon water changes by vacuuming the gravel, 2 times a week but now just once last week and this week bc I just habent had the time to do it properly. Does he look OK? Or even worse? I put a mirror in front of the tank to help with pictures but it's still not very easy lol
