So I went to wal-mart to see if they had a fish hospital and found a crown tail there who needs one bad! He has a bubble of skin that expands every time he breaths. I put him in a small tank with aquarium salt and some stuff that heals damaged fins. What else can I do to clear this up and what is it?

**UPDATE**
Okay so last night after he was put in his new home next to my dragon scale male, he started to flair up at the dragon scale and the bubble underneath his mouth started to get extremely big and eventually popped before I went to bed. After it was popped he was still 'breathing' through this hole underneath his mouth. When I woke up the bubble was back. BUT he has perked up a lot since we got him in his new home.

I'm not too sure what's wrong with him. Does no one know what it might be?
